First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study checks if a small chest-patch that uses light to measure blood pressure works as well as the standard arm-cuff method over 24 hours. About 600 adults with or without high blood pressure will wear both devices. The goal is to see if the patch is accurate, easy to use, and more comfortable.
