Summary

This study looks at two types of exercise—Cuevas Medak and Rebound—to see which one better improves physical fitness in children with Down syndrome. Twenty-two kids aged 3 to 8 will do their assigned exercises three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure flexibility, heart health, muscle strength, and motor skills to find out which approach works best.
