First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a device called Cue2Walk that automatically detects when people with Parkinson's disease freeze up while walking and provides rhythmic cues to help them keep moving. Researchers will compare the device to usual care in 84 participants to see if it improves quality of life and reduces freezing episodes. The goal is to help people walk more safely and confidently.
