Summary
This early-stage study tested a new immunotherapy drug called CUE-102 in patients with advanced cancers that had returned or spread after standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. It involved 42 adults with specific types of advanced colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, or ovarian cancer who had a particular genetic marker.
