Summary
Cubital tunnel syndrome happens when the ulnar nerve gets compressed near the elbow, causing pain, numbness, and hand weakness. This trial tests whether adding ulnar nerve-specific strengthening and nerve-gliding exercises to soft tissue mobilization relieves pain and improves arm function better than soft tissue mobilization alone. Fifty-six adults with mild to moderate cubital tunnel syndrome will receive either combined treatment or mobilization only, three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain and daily disability before and after treatment.

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar neuropathy at the elbow) * Patients having symptoms for more than one month * Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent. * Patients who are able to follow instructions and complete the treatment protocol.
