This study tests an oral medication, CU06-1004, taken once daily for 24 weeks in about 156 people with diabetic macular edema (DME), a condition that causes vision loss due to swelling in the center of the retina. Participants are randomly assigned to receive a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo to see if the drug improves vision and is safe. The goal is to find a convenient treatment option for managing DME.
