Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called CTX-712 in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that have not responded to or returned after prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. About 225 participants will receive the drug in two phases, first to check safety and then to measure how well it works.
