First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, CTX-009 and CTX-471, in people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back after standard treatments. The drugs work by cutting off the tumor's blood supply and boosting the immune system to attack the cancer. The goal is to see if these drugs are safe and can help patients live longer.
