New cancer drug targets Hard-to-Treat tumors in first human trial

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called CTIM-76 for people with advanced ovarian, testicular, or endometrial cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study will enroll 80 participants to determine safe dosage levels and see if the drug helps control cancer growth. Researchers are looking at how the body handles the drug and whether it causes tumors to shrink.
