Summary
This study compares two treatments for women with a common type of early breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). One group gets a targeted drug (ribociclib) plus hormone therapy, while the other gets chemotherapy first, then the same targeted combo. The goal is to see if skipping chemo is safe for patients whose blood tests show no cancer DNA. About 388 women will take part.
