Summary
This study will check how well a non-contrast CT scan (CT KUB) can tell harmless kidney cysts from suspicious ones, using the Bosniak classification system. About 200 people with kidney cysts found on CT will also get an ultrasound for comparison. The goal is to see if this common, low-radiation scan can reliably guide next steps without always needing contrast dye or biopsy.
