Spinal fluid test may spot hidden brain relapse risk in lymphoma patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a new test on spinal fluid can find signs of lymphoma in the brain earlier than standard methods. It involves 50 people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma who are at high risk for the cancer spreading to the central nervous system. Researchers will track how often brain relapse occurs in those with and without detectable tumor DNA in their spinal fluid.
