New pill aims to shrink fatty liver in 12 weeks

Summary
This study tests a new tablet, CS060380, for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious liver condition. About 120 adults will take the drug or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat using MRI and track any side effects.
