New pill aims to melt liver fat in NASH patients

Summary
This study tests a new tablet called CS060380 for adults with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious fatty liver disease. About 120 participants will take either the drug or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat using MRI and track any side effects to see if the drug is safe and effective.
