Healthy volunteers needed to test how food and common drugs change CS0159 levels
NCT ID NCT07429331
First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This early-stage study looks at how a high-fat meal and two common drugs (rifampicin and itraconazole) affect the levels of the experimental drug CS0159 in the body. Thirty-two healthy adults aged 18 to 45 will take CS0159 under different conditions to measure drug concentrations and check for side effects. The goal is to gather safety and drug-interaction data, not to treat any disease.
