Freezing out pain: cryotherapy trial for endometriosis

Summary
This study tests if brief whole-body exposure to extreme cold (around -120°C) can safely reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with endometriosis. Up to 30 participants will attend five 3-minute cryotherapy sessions over four weeks. Researchers will measure pain changes and collect samples to study inflammation. The goal is to find a non-drug option for managing symptoms.
