First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early study tests whether adding a freezing spray (cryospray) to usual treatments can prevent the windpipe from narrowing again in people with benign airway stenosis. About 12 adults with significant narrowing will receive the spray during a standard procedure. The main goal is to see if the airway stays more open at 6 months compared to before treatment.
