Summary
This study tests a minimally invasive treatment called cryoablation, which uses extreme cold to freeze and destroy early-stage lung nodules. It is designed for 90 patients who cannot have surgery due to age, other health issues, or multiple nodules. The goal is to see how well the treatment controls the disease and prevents the nodules from coming back over two years.
