First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether placing the left ventricle lead of a heart device at the area with the latest electrical activation improves outcomes for people with heart failure and a wide QRS. About 1000 participants will be randomly assigned to either targeted or standard lead placement. The goal is to see if this approach reduces death or unplanned hospital stays for heart failure.
