Summary

This study aims to observe and describe what happens to patients in China after they have surgery for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. It will follow about 200 patients for one year to track their symptoms, quality of life, and what treatments they use after the operation. The goal is to gather real-world information to better understand recovery patterns and the long-term management of this condition.
