Summary

This study looks at whether measuring CRP levels (a sign of inflammation) and giving patients an information leaflet can help doctors prescribe fewer antibiotics for respiratory infections. About 1050 adults in Kyrgyzstan will take part. The goal is to find the best CRP cutoff to safely guide antibiotic decisions and reduce antibiotic resistance.
