First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at two different treatment paths for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer whose tumors did not shrink enough after two rounds of chemotherapy. One group will get a different type of chemotherapy followed by radiation, while the other group will go straight to radiation. The goal is to see which approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse. About 223 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part.
