Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week CrossFit program can make children aged 7 to 11 fitter and happier. Thirty kids will be split into two groups: one does CrossFit twice a week, the other sticks to their normal routine. Researchers will measure strength, body fat, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem before and after the program.
