Crohn's patients get new hope: study tests best Next-Step drug

Summary
This study is for people with Crohn's disease whose current medicine (adalimumab) is no longer working well. It compares two options: increasing the dose of adalimumab or switching to a different drug called vedolizumab. The goal is to see which approach better controls symptoms and inflammation after 24 weeks. About 220 adults will take part.
