Mind over gut: new trial combines therapy with drugs for Crohn's disease

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a psychological resilience program to standard biologic medication helps people with Crohn's disease achieve better long-term results. It will enroll 170 adults newly starting a biologic drug who have active Crohn's symptoms. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves both emotional well-being and physical disease control over one year.
