New Crohn's treatment combo aims to reduce gut inflammation

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called LY4395089 to an existing Crohn's disease medication (mirikizumab) works better than the existing medication alone. The trial will involve 60 adults with moderate to severe Crohn's disease and will last about 62 weeks. Researchers will check if the combination reduces inflammation in the gut better than the single medication.
