New hope for Crohn's patients when first treatments fail

Summary

This study is observing how well two already-approved medications work for people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease who did not get full relief from their first biologic treatment. It will follow 250 patients in Italy for up to 18 months as they take either upadacitinib or risankizumab, prescribed by their own doctor. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve remission without needing steroid medications.
