NCT ID NCT07073079
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tracks 250 adults with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease who are switching to a second treatment (upadacitinib or risankizumab) after their first therapy stopped working well. Researchers will see if these drugs help patients achieve remission without needing steroids. The study is observational, meaning participants get their prescribed care as usual, with no extra tests or visits.
