Scientists use Brain-Scan tech to peer inside Crohn's Patients' guts

NCT ID NCT06432764

Summary

This is a small, early-stage study to see if a new drug called AZD7798 changes inflammation in the intestines of people with Crohn's disease. Researchers will use special PET scans to take pictures inside the gut before and after treatment. The main goal is to gather information on how the drug works, not to treat the disease itself.
