Summary
This study is testing an investigational pill called zasocitinib for adults with active Crohn's disease. The main goals are to understand how the drug works at a cellular level in the gut and to check its safety. About 20 participants will take the drug for 12 weeks and undergo a colonoscopy to see its effects.
