Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called upadacitinib can help control Crohn's disease in children aged 2 to 18 who haven't responded well to standard treatments. About 110 children worldwide will take the medication daily for up to 3 years while doctors monitor their symptoms and check for side effects. The goal is to reduce inflammation in the digestive tract and help children achieve remission from this chronic condition.
