This study looked at whether baked snacks made with cricket flour or pea flour make people feel fuller than regular wheat snacks. One hundred healthy adults tried all three snacks and rated their hunger, fullness, and taste. The goal was to see if these alternative proteins could be used in foods to help with appetite control.
