Summary
This study looks at how placing a dental implant at the same level as the bone (equicrestal) versus slightly below it (subcrestal) affects bone loss around the implant. It involves 28 adults who have had bone grafting in the lower back jaw. The goal is to see which placement leads to better bone preservation over time.
