First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two fun approaches—creative movement (like dance and yoga) and play-based activities (like obstacle courses and building blocks)—to see which better improves motor skills, balance, and quality of life in children aged 5-8 with developmental delay. Twenty-eight children will participate in 60-minute sessions twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to find the most effective and engaging intervention to help these children move better and feel better.
