Summary

This study looked at whether taking creatine and L-arginine together, just once, can improve short bursts of exercise and mental reaction time in healthy, active men. Eighteen men tried each supplement alone, together, or a placebo, then did sprint, jump, and brain tests. The goal was to see if the combo works better than either supplement alone for power and focus.
