Summary
This study looked at whether taking creatine supplements for 8 weeks can improve thinking, reduce fatigue, and support brain health in women going through menopause or perimenopause. 36 women took either creatine HCl, creatine ethyl ester, or a placebo. Researchers measured fatigue, brain chemistry, and mental performance. The goal was to see if creatine could ease common menopause symptoms like brain fog and low energy.
