Summary

This study tested whether taking creatine supplements for 8 weeks could help improve thinking skills, reduce tiredness, and support brain health in women going through perimenopause and menopause. Researchers compared two forms of creatine against a placebo in 36 women. They measured changes in mental focus, physical and mental fatigue, and markers of brain metabolism.
