Summary

This study is developing and testing a smart computer program that adapts to the user's needs to provide cognitive and social support for older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 290 people aged 62 and older with MCI will use the program for six months. The goal is to see if the system is easy and useful, and to learn how speech changes might signal further cognitive decline.
