This study compared two at-home colon cancer screening tests—FIT and Cologuard—in over 5,000 people aged 45-75 at community health centers. The goal was to see which test more people completed and which worked better in real-world settings. Participants received a test by mail and returned it by mail. The findings help improve screening rates, especially in communities that often miss out on early detection.
