Summary
This study tests a drug called CRB-701, which is designed to find and attack cancer cells that have a protein called Nectin-4 on their surface. The trial includes 348 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Researchers aim to find a safe and effective dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
