Summary
This is the first human study testing an experimental drug called CPTX2309. Researchers want to see if it's safe and how the body handles it in healthy volunteers and people with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. The study will test different doses given through an IV to find the safest amount for future research.
