Summary
This study tests whether a therapy that combines PTSD treatment with alcohol relapse prevention works better than alcohol treatment alone. 200 adults with both PTSD and alcohol use disorder will receive either the combined therapy or standard alcohol-focused therapy. Researchers will track changes in drinking habits and PTSD symptoms over time.
