Summary
This study tested a talking therapy called Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) in 36 adults who experienced the 2023 earthquakes in Turkey. The goal was to see if CPT could reduce symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Participants were randomly assigned to receive CPT or standard care, and their progress was tracked using questionnaires.
