Summary
This study tested if a type of talking therapy called Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) can help adults who survived the 2023 earthquakes in Turkey. 36 people with high PTSD symptoms took part. The goal was to see if CPT reduces PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and improves well-being, compared to usual care.
