Summary
This trial tests a new experimental drug called CPI-0209 (Tulmimetostat) combined with the chemotherapy drug carboplatin in women whose ovarian cancer has returned but still responds to platinum-based treatments. The study aims to find the safest dose of CPI-0209 when given with carboplatin, followed by CPI-0209 alone as maintenance therapy. About 30 participants will be enrolled to monitor side effects and determine the maximum tolerated dose.
