Summary

This study looks at whether keeping very premature babies (born before 30 weeks) on a breathing machine called CPAP until they are 32-34 weeks old helps them come off support more successfully. About 130 babies will be randomly assigned to either a structured weaning plan or standard care. The goal is to reduce breathing failures and time spent on oxygen.
