Summary

This study looks at whether using a CPAP machine at night can improve asthma control in adults with both severe, hard-to-control asthma and obstructive sleep apnea. About 138 participants will use CPAP and be monitored for changes in asthma symptoms and lung function. The goal is to see if treating sleep apnea can make asthma easier to manage.
