Can a sleep machine stop heart flutters after ablation?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a CPAP machine for 12 months after a heart procedure (catheter ablation) can prevent atrial fibrillation from coming back in people who also have obstructive sleep apnea. About 658 adults aged 18-75 with both conditions will be randomly assigned to either CPAP therapy or usual care. The goal is to see if treating sleep apnea helps keep the heart rhythm normal.
