Summary
This study tests whether removing cow's milk from the diet can reduce inflammation in the esophagus of children with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). About 54 children aged 1 to 18 will follow a milk-free diet and be checked for healing. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can control the disease without medication.
