Summary

This study looked at over 131,000 high-risk people in the US who had mild-to-moderate COVID-19 during the Omicron period. It compared those who took the antiviral Paxlovid with those who didn't, to see how much work they missed and the costs of that lost work. The goal was to understand the economic impact of COVID-19 on people's ability to work.
