Clinic program aims to close COVID-19 vaccine gap for vulnerable patients

NCT ID NCT06469788

Summary

This study is testing a new clinic-based program designed to help more Black and Latinx adults with autoimmune rheumatic diseases get the updated COVID-19 vaccine. Researchers want to see if providing better information and addressing access issues can increase vaccination rates in these communities, which have been hit harder by COVID-19. The program is being tested in Alabama and Massachusetts with over 1,000 participants.
