Summary
This study tests an updated COVID-19 vaccine (2025/2026 formula) in 343 children aged 5 to 11 who have health conditions that make them more likely to get very sick from COVID-19. Each child gets one shot in the arm and is followed for about 6 months. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response.
